Restore deleted mails

My e-mails are backuped every day but I have a question.

How can I restore this backuped mails ?

Is there a method or a tool to do that?

Typically you would want to add back into the mail server and not try to import them though Roundcube. There was a import plugin for Roundcube but I can't find it at the moment.

I would just find a method to restore backuped mails, to add back or to import.
I don't find any plugin what can do that on the Roundcube plugins repository.

There is an import function built in which I think supports eml and mbox format. In Larry skin I think it's in the folder options menu on the mail screen.
