Unable to Export Contacts

Hi. I'm trying to Export my contact list but only the first record is exported. I've tried highlighting a block and exporting but still only the first record in the block is exported. Can anyone help please?

you do not need to select any contacts. when on the contacts screen click the small drop down arrow next to the export button and select "export all". if that does not work please confirm which version of roundcube you are running and what type of address book you are trying to export.

Yes, I tried Export All but only the first record was exported. I'm using v 1.3.4

I've just checked the Export I did over a year ago and that only has the first record too, so the problem isn't new (and I should have checked better in the past!).

The address book is simply the Contact list in my webmail

What if you select the second contact on the list and choose "Export selected"? Did you check Roundcube error log?

Yes, it exported the one highlighted address, so I guess I could export one at a time!!
Can you tell me how to access the error log please?

by default the logs are in <rc root>/logs/errors

Logs are in the server's filesystem. If you have no access to the filesystem, we can't help you.
