force identities

Is it possible to force an identitiy based on the users login.

Currently, users can log in, get mail but not send until they set up their main identity. Unfortunately, we have a lot of users to educate how to do this and are looking to automate it.

Are you sure? I just created a new account to test what you said and I sent emails with no identity set.

Yes i have the same problem and post in other topic about create identities automatic in the first login of users!
