After Upgrade Emails Only Shown On Main Page, Not Folders

I upgraded from RC1. I renamed my RC directory to something else, uploaded the new folder, chmoded the proper folders 777 and set the config file again.

I logged into RC and there are no errors, however the folders in the left hand column don't show the number of emails, and when I click on specific folders like Junk or Trash, nothing is shown. My config file is the same as my old version. Both have cache enabled to true. I don't have any issue with my old rc1 version, just new stable version.

Also, when I click personal settings and try to delete a folder, a javascript alert comes up confirming these details, I click ok but then the folder won't delete, nothing happens.

I'm running along side cPanel and I'm also having the issue of having to login twice. I'll login to domain.com/webmail, then choose RC but it asks me to login again. On my old setup, it automatically logged me in.

In the meantime, I've just reverted back to using RC-rc1 while I sort this issue out as I have both in seperate directories.
