No draggable preview pane on first load

Noticed this bug after I installed RoundCube and have confirmed it over a number of weeks of use. Whenever I first log into RoundCube for the day and have a bunch of mail in inbox the preview pane is undraggable and the draggable icon is missing. Refreshing the page or logging out and back in brings it back, it only seems to happen the first time I log in.

Strange bug, but persistent and predictable.
