Signature is placed below reply quotes when replying

When I'm replying to an email, the person's message is quoted as expected, but my signature gets placed below the quote. It should be the first thing placed on the new reply message, before the quote. For example, this is what it's doing:

Reply message:
I'm doing good. Thanks.
