Can't reply or forward msgs from outlook

Hi everyone,
I have email service on roundcube and within roundcube i can reply or forward any email from roundcube but when some emails are sent from outlook to me , i can't reply to them or forward them. looks like there is a problem with the text received from outlook and roundcube can't send them . does anybody know what's the problem and how can i fix it?

Roundcube is not a service or email provider. It is a piece of webmail software. For Outlook support please contact your email provider.
