Upgrade path for 1.0.12 ?

Hi, I've just inherited an old but mostly working (I think) version 1.0.12, please see the attached screenshot.

I'm aware this is pretty old, is there a clear upgrade path for this version and the installed modules?

Yes. Should be no problems with upgrade to 1.4.
