backup the existing installation as well as the database

Hi,

I would like to update Roundcube Webmail 1.3.7 to latest stable version.

The UPGRADING instructions mention to carefully backup the existing installation as well as the database before.

Can I have these steps as it seems that they are missing from the document?

Let me know should you have any other suggestions.

the same way as regular backups. take a copy of the roundcube folder and an SQL dump from the db.
