sendmail.log and reverse proxy

Hi to all.
I follow this post https://github.com/roundcube/roundcubemail/issues/5336 for problem with apache log and i resolved ....
but in /var/www/roundcubemail/logs/sendmail.log i also see reverse proxy ip.

Can i see effettive ip of the sender?
