Calendar Reminders Not Working

I switched over from Horde about a month ago and I like Roundcube much better for the most part.

The only thing I can't get working are the Reminders in Calendar. I really miss this feature since it worked so well in Horde. I've tried different settings but nothing seems to have any effect.

Any ideas on what I could be doing wrong?
