Disappearing Emails - HELP

Hi, I'm looking for help with my 'recent' disappearing emails. I was able to access all my email history from when I started my account, which is only a few months old - now all of sudden I can only see 10 days worth of inbox and sent emails... and I need my history or to stop it from automatically deleting them. Any help here would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Tim
