Blocking Spam (no filters on my version)

I have the very basic Roundcube email client—Roundcube Webmail 1.4.12—used for my little business. I'm getting hit by a few spammers now but I've found no way to block these senders. I have no 'Filter' selection anywhere on the app. To get the filters doesn't seem to be a 'piece of cake'. Anyone have suggestions of how to proceed. Thanks!
