RoundCube changes links in emails sent from same domain

Hi and thank you for a very promising web mail software.

I have discovered a problem, though. I have a newsletter management system installed on the same domain as RoundCube. When I send newsletters from that system, all links within the letters get rewritten from "http://www.domain.com/folder/index.html" to "http://www.domain.com/mail/folder/index.html" in RoundCube. Notice the added "mail" which renders the links useless. "Mail" is the name of the subfolder that RoundCube resides in, but I am unsure if that is a coincidence or not.

I have tried sending emails from the newsletter system using PHP Mail, sendmail and SMTP, but it doesn't matter.

I can confirm that there is no added "mail" when the email is opened in Thunderbird, possibly Outlook too.

Any advice?

Oh, and I have a separate issue: I keep getting redirected back to the log in page, but only when using one of my computers. I made a comment regarding that in this thread.
