Add <a tel:XXX></a> to Contact Phone Numbers

It would be useful to display Contact phone numbers within the standard <tel:> anchor tag.

This would make Roundcube Contacts infinitely more useful with the Elastic skin while preserving viewability for those who do not wish to dial a number.

This would be a big improvement and make contacts more usable add to security and enable a person to not use phone contacts.
