email storage capacity

Hi all,

I would like to ask few questions with regards to email storage capacity.

1) is there a way to see my email storage capacity? it was setup by a hosting provider. is my hosting provider the only one who sees the storage capacity?
2) I have deleted all emails even junk emails but still my storage is full.

please help. thank you.
