Cannot Login in using roundcube and desktop outlook application

Hello,

Is anyone can help me on this?  This is my problem a couple of weeks that I cannot log-in using roundcube and cannot connect outlook app to the server.  I already installed Mysql, apache, postfix, dovecot, and roundcubemail in the server which I tested and it works fine.  Below are the details of the server:

Server: 192.168.2.66
roundcubemail 1.2.3
mysql 14.14
apache 2.4.6
postfix 2.10.1
dovecot 2.2.36


Here is the error in maillogs when logging-in using roundcubemail.

Jul 18 09:50:45 citrineland dovecot: imap-login: Disconnected (auth failed, 1 attempts in 3 secs): user=<[email protected]>, method=PLAIN, rip=127.0.0.1, lip=127.0.0.1, secured, session=<aMKHJLkASsJ/AAAB>

1. Can't understand you have 2 servers ? One problem and one new tested ?
2. Any another errors? After what your have problem? Update? 
3. Are you sure in your password ? Its correct ? Can you check it or change to new ?

Check /etc/dovecot/conf.d/10-auth.conf

# Space separated list of wanted authentication mechanisms:
#   plain login digest-md5 cram-md5 ntlm rpa apop anonymous gssapi otp
#   gss-spnego
# NOTE: See also disable_plaintext_auth setting.
auth_mechanisms = plain login

and enable more LOG settings for dovecot for more informative messages
/etc/dovecot/conf.d/10-logging.conf
