Official RC plugins browser is not working

Hello everyone, I came here to ask if there is an easy way to turn on/get push desktop notifications for incoming messages?

Can roundcube do it? If so, where do I turn it on please? If not, can you please advise me some safe verified plugin?

But official link to browse plugins from https://plugins.roundcube.net/#/ says "not found  newmail_notifier": https://packagist.org/?query=newmail_notifier&type=roundcube-plugin
