Syncing to Outlook

I hope this isn't too simple a question.
After a migration from google workspace to our server - Webmail has a Folder in the Inbox that is not YET showing in Outlook.
If I allow sync to run  - however log it takes - it will download the folder to Outlook? Or will Outlook cause it to delete?

We need this folder in Outlook!

Google about Outlook + IMAP folder subscription.

I think your Outlook not subscribed to some folders and not show it to you.
