default selections in create Filter view?

Add Rule shows, by default, as a "drop down" selection  Subject. From, To, . . ., Body, Size, Date, Current Date, String, Message.

A common need, for me, is CC.  I found it can be added by manually editing the filter, after which, at least in some cases, CC will appear in the drop down list.

Is there some place or means to add more default selections to the list?
