Parseerror / Connection Error - When viewing inbox

Hello,

My client is having an issue with their Roundcube Webmail.

Unfortunately, I'm unable to replicate the issue on my end - even when logging into his account

He receives these two red pop-ups on the bottom right

We use cPanel WHM version 118.0.14 which I believe includes Roundcube version 1.6.0.19, but I'm not sure.

We have many other clients on the same server using the same version of Roundcube and nobody else has issues.

Thoughts?
