PLEASE I NEED HELP

My user admin is same the user with my email adress (Ex: user juanpepe, pass:xxx, my email adress is [email protected])
I'm trying to login with the user to admin website (is exactlly with my email adress), and i can't login. This user don't change the password, the password is same to the admin website password., with the other user, i can login.
Anywhare know what is my problem.
