SLOW Performance (first time user)

Dear RC users ...

I have latest version of RC using it together with postfix, dovecot, sasl-auth ...
Load times are 12-15 seconds when using RC ... Inbox has 3 messages ...
All the web pages, mails (thunderbird) are working perfect ...
When connecting with thunderbird works great ... but when RC is used dovecot disconnects

When connecting to RC I get this in my logs ...

When ever I cruise around RC it connects and disconnects ... when going for different folder it connects + disconnects ... etc.

It takes 10-15 second to load folders, send mails ... etc.

Second problem is ...
