can't open pdf file !

Hallo,
A client of mine told me that roundcube couldn't open some .pdf file, that is the new open window was white. Generally it is not the case, but a couple of them have been open only via Outlook.
Is is a matter of updating?
My RC has been recently update to the latest version, so :confused:
