Small question from new user

sorry for my poor language, i'm a frenchie

I'm new user of roundcube and have 2 questions:

First , can users create sub-folders on roundcube?

second, our last webmail works under squirrelmail and we have a script make that:

With primary account, we can create four dependant account (this is for a provider email), can we do this with roundcube
