IMAP Inox in Outlook

I am relatively new to this but I have roundcube working perfectly as my webmail.
I have hmailserver as my mail server and I am trying to set up outlook for use on my desktop. I have all my folders synchronized but new mail is not coming in to outlook - I can see it in roundcube and I can send from outlook but I cannot receive - any help would be appreciated:confused:
