Problem with RoundCube

Hi everyone. I am new to RoundCube and need your help. I just installed it using SimpleScripts from Hostmonster (where i host my sites). The problem is i cannot send or receive any e-mails. Is there something i'm missing??  I also changed the variable $rcmail_config['smtp_server']. I don't know what else i have to do. Any suggestions??

Without some snippets from RoundCube logs, IMAP Server logs, SMTP logs, Web server logs it is hard - at least impossible for me - to find a starting point how to help you.
