I have two problems.  The first is we have set up email accounts.  The owners have changed, as this is a volunteer organization.  In the Personal Setting tab, you can set the name of the individual as well as the return email address.  How can I change the name?  I keep getting an error message when I either try to create a new account or when editing the existing name.

Next, when I go to forward email that has embedded pictures, the pictures are deleted upon the forwarding.  How can I prevent this?

Which RoundCube version? I never experienced those kind of problems? If it is not important for you that users keep their personal settings, identities, and contacts, I suggest a new installation.
