Trash folder quota doesn't count?

how do we enable roundcube to allow the trash folder to count in the quota?

Quota information is presented by your IMAP-server. If your IMAP server doesn't count it, RoundCube won't count it as well.

Please check the settings in your IMAP-server configuration.
