Cannot access e-mail! HELP!!

I have had an account with Planet-Save for years.  It turned into Community Mail and now RoundCube.  But when I try to log in with my username there [email protected] and my valid password, it will not let me in; keeps saying Log In Failed. I  have a Mac, OSX 10.2.8 and Firefox.  Can someone PLEASE help me so I can log in to my e-mail account?

Unfortuantly I dont think you will get any help here, there is no way for us to know anything about plant-save's setup. Please contact planet-save for help logging into their webmail. Thanks.
