PHP has encountered a Stack overflow (importing contacts)

Very excited that I finally got RC running on a fresh install of IIS6, PHP and mySQL...all the latest stable builds with the latest RC stable build.

Everything is working but not it comes time to tweak.

I tried to import my vcard file which is only 88kb and get the following error:

PHP has encountered a Stack overflow

from PHP.ini I have the following settings (which are default)

max_execution_time = 30
max_input_time = 60
memory_limit = 128M

These all seem acceptable for such a small file upload and I've had good luck with uploading 2M attachments to mailboxes. At the moment my IIS server is a bit low on RAM and it's running on a virtual system and I'm awaiting my physical memory to arrive, so I'm currently at 400meg ram.

Ideas or directions? Searching that error returned no results on this forum.
