What I think would be really handy is a global address list that you can add addresses to.

Instead of having to add user by user by user into your own Personal Address Book, a global address book that can be added by the server administrator would be really handy as then everyone can e-mail people they need to.

This is very much possible. The mod. to be done to the code is available in one of the posts in this forum itself. After inplementing this, just change the user ID to zero in the contacts table in the database for whomsoever you want to make a global contact.
