Include js frameworks

Hi,

I'm adding things to my RoundCube using jQuery and also Prototype.

The include of jQuery that I made is a simple:

echo '';

on the index.php

The fact is that when I include one of them the ajax functions of Roundcube doesn't seem to work anymore.

Problems occurs like:
- Autocomplete on the "_to' field is not working anymore
- No way to display another mailbox without reloading the page

Is there any better way to include my javascript frameworks? Does anyone know where the problem could be coming from?

jQuery is included by default in RoundCube v0.3 (currently in beta stata).
