Disable "Console" on svn-trunk

Howdy,

I'm folowing svn-trunk for some month's, everything's ok.
What i need/'d like is to disable the console that appears.
How can this be done? i don't see this option.

Isn't there debug_level option in main.inc.php?

I had no ideia that this was being enabled by the debug option.
