HTML Compose & Over Quota Problems

I'm a member of Mail Group at Saigon Institute of Technology, Viet Nam (Main Page- SaigonTech). 3 weeks ago, SaigonTech switched from MDaemon to Postfix - Cyrus - Apache - Roundcube. But we have 2 problems about Roundcube follows:

1) Compose mail in HTML
When our users copy content from Microsoft Winword or Open Office Word Processor with bullets and numbering then paste to Roundcube HTML Editor. When paste to Editor it displays normally, when sent to recipients, receivers see more html code included mail.

2)Over Quota
When user mail box is over quota, they can not delete their mails.

We use RoundCube 0.2.1, running CentOS 5.2

Please help us how fix 2 these problems.

Bump!

0.3 version is still having the pasting-from-Word problem.

Is there any bug open? (I can't find it) It's really annoying since some users prefer to compose the mails in Word and then c&p to roundcube.
