Roundcube user access problem

Hi,
I just upgrade from 0.2.1 to 0.3.

this is what the terminal say
Quote./build roundcube
cp: `/var/www/html/roundcube/logs' and `/var/www/html/roundcubemail-0.3/logs' are the same file
cp: `/var/www/html/roundcube/temp' and `/var/www/html/roundcubemail-0.3/temp' are the same file
Editing roundcube configuration...
Roundcube 0.3 has been installed successfully.


..and now when I try to access to my email account roundcube tell me that username or password are not correct.



There is something that I can do?

This is what error log say
Quote[13-Oct-2009 23:53:45 +0200]: IMAP Error: Authentication for ale.rossi failed (LOGIN): "a001 NO LOGIN failed" (POST /roundcube/?_task=&_action=login)

Please note that using another webmail software the user account work.

is 'ale.rossi' the correct username or should it be [email protected]? may be you need to set username_domain in your config.

Hi,
no I delete the domain.. but in the errors.log the right phase is:

...where mydomain.com obviusly is present but in this post is fake :)

what do your imap server logs say? try changing the value of $rcmail_config['imap_auth_type'] in your config. could also try enabling IMAP debug and see if that gives any information
