Communigate driver for password plugin

The attachment is a patch for the password plug-in to add support the changing passwords on a Communigate server via the XIMSS interface. It has been tested with Communigate Pro 5.1.2.

Please post and issues and questions regarding it here. I will also post this to the developers mailing list in hope of it being added to the list of drivers distributed with the plug-in.

This patch was made against RoundCube version 0.3 (Password plugin V 1.3.1).

This is now in the latest version of Roundcube, V0.3.1.
