try to access

Hi there

I've configured my roundcube and when I try to login login fails but in te error log dosen't appear anything.
    So what could it be ?

Any suggestion ?

Double check your mail server, check if it needs ssl and that your have the right port and correct authentication type. Also double check that your logs folder is writable.

but when I do the installer test on script of imap I ve got the following:

IMAP connect:  NOT OK(Authentication for failed (LOGIN): "a001 NO Login failed.")


main.inc.php

$rcmail_config['default_host'] = 'ssl://ip/roundcube'
$rcmail_config['default_port'] = '143';

The error is a simple authentication error, most likely you are using a incorrect username or password. You would need to check the mail server logs to see why its failing to log you in.

I've got the user on my database and on my postfix.

So I couldn't understanda what could be wrong.

Can you help me ?

Can you connect to the account using another mail client like Thunderbird?
