I can't delete emails through Sireground

Hello. I use Siteground as a server and read my email using Round Cube. I have been trying to delete my email, but cannot seem to do this. My spam and trash folders do not empty upon logout...

You have to set that in the setting under Server Settings, if you have done that is there anything in your error logs?
