"CC" field way too small

When I click the 'CC' link to add a recipient in the copy field, here's how the "CC" field looks like in Opera 9.02:

Does it work correctly in IE or Firefox for you?

It works fine for me in Firefox and Safari.

For some reason it only happens in Opera with RoundCube and cPanel.
