I want to give possibility for my users to download their attachments in zip, I installed the zipdownload plugin, added to main.inc.php, I can see the zip icon next to attachments, but when I click on it, I get a white page without error massages and zip file
I do not know what is this problem caused by

Have you also enabled the php_zip extension in your PHP installation (see PHP.ini file)?
