Arabic chars windows-125 not shown in subject and mail body

The Arabic charset aren't shown in the subject and in the mail body.

the msgs sent using windows-1256 charset.

Are you using the latest SVN version?
if so try to return to the beta2 version.. I don't know which SVN version affects Arabic localization but the stable version works great.

BTW make sure that your php is compiled with iconv enabled
