I want veiw the sent and receive mail

HI Team,

       I have installed Roundcube webmail for my internal usage in my office. In that  i want to see mails transaction between the users and also the content of the mail so for that what i want to do and i want to increase my attachment size if iam increasing in the php.ini iam not able to send more than 600 kb please help me to slove this issue.

please am new to RoundCube i dnt know how to use it for sending mail please can someone help me out?
