Edit loginpage

Hi!
Sorry if this post is in the wrong section.

I want to edit the login page so it says: Username  [Text filed] @mydomain.com. In other words, i want to add @mydomain.com after the text field.

Can some one please tell me how to do this the correct way. I also would like to shorten the text filed a bit.
