folder and contacts transfer

Is there any way to transfer my folders and contacts to Outlook without having to forward /export each individually?

Folders are easy; configure Outlook to connect to your IMAP mail box just like RC then copy/paste or drang 'n drop all the emails you want.

Contacts are trickey; assuming you're not using an LDAP address book or some over service like that which you can just configure Outlook to connect then you will have to export the contacts and import them into Outlook. IIRC if you just press the export button in RC then it should make one big vCard file with all your contacts in so its actually not very much work.
