Can't get past "Please complete your sender identity"

I am a recent user of RoundCube, I set up three accounts, two are fine but one of my accounts, that I have previously accessed successfully is now asking me to "Please complete your sender identity", the dialogue box will not allow the cursor to "stay" in any control so I can't complete the information, and I can't close the dialogue. What should I do???

I assume you have enabled plugin new_user_dialog. Unregister the plugin or use recent version from trac (trunk ? Roundcube Webmail).

Sorry to be dense but only just getting my head round this.... I can see all the stuff in the link you sent BUT how do I use this , is it just a case of copy and paste into the RC plugin's directory... and is there an easy way to do this?
