How can I make a privileges in my database?

Hello,

I would like to install Roundcube, but I have a problem.
How can I make a privileges in my MySQLdatabase? I have made the database in Plesk 8.2.0.

So I have:
- DB name: myblogsitenl_roundcubemail
- DB user: mail
- password: ***************

How can I make a privileges?

After the install I have this message: 'DB Schema:  NOT OK(Database not initialized)'

I hope you understand me, I am Dutch.

Any help would be appreciated!
