Pass AES Encryt

I have virtual users from mysql with password AES_ENCRYPT, but roundcube cannot read the password. How can I configure roundcube to read passwords encrypt? It Can be AES_ENCRYPT or MD5 (any way).

ok, I only must install the plugin? but I dont found AES ENCRYT in the list.
