password plugin with dovecotpw and sql

Hi all,

I am currently setting up dovecot together with roundcube. My passwords are stored in a database, encrypted with dovecotpw -s SHA1.
If i try to change the password with the password plugin in roundcube i get the message that the new password could not be saved an the apache error log show this message:
Enter new password: Retype new password:
looks like the "-p" option for dovecotpw is not used. How can i change this?
