How do I filter my email so that I don't receive junk mail. Its crazy, I get 40-50 per day.

Roundcube is an email client. It does not 'receive' mails. In simple words: It just asks your mail server what has been 'received'. Your mail server backend is the right place to implement spam filters (f.e. Spamassassin).
